遠隔診療・遠隔読影の最近の動きと診療報酬

現在の安倍政権において、医療におけるICTの推進は重視されており遠隔診療もその重要な一部である。ただ、厚労
省は有効性や安全性を重視しており、今後の規制改革や診療報酬改定の中で遠隔診療分野がどこまで推進されるか注
視していく必要がある。
Telemedicine is one of the most important deregulation policies for economic growth of Abe administration.
However the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has different view for deregulation, emphasizing more on
safety and efficacy of Telemedicine. No one knows to what extent telemedicine progress in the next payment
change of the national medical insurance.
