P-Uセルサイトポート®EVの初期使用経験

P-Uセルサイトポート®EVが2016年11月に上市された。カテーテル破損の少ない従来品からその素材に変更がない上に、カテーテル先端、付属穿刺針の視認性が改善されたため、安定性に加え、作成時のストレスの軽減と安全性に考慮した製品となっている。細径5Fr.のラインナップがあることも特徴の一つであるが、その高圧注入性は担保されている。
P-U cell site port® EV was launched in November 2016. The visibility of the tip of the catheter and the accessory puncture needle was improved, while there is no change in the material from the conventional product with less damage of the caterer. Therefore, in addition to stability, it became a highly safe product considering reduction of stress at the time of CV port indwelling. One feature is that there is a lineup with 5 Fr. catheter. Nevertheless, its high pressure injection property is secured.
