循環器領域における低管電圧CTの有効性

循環器領域において造影剤を使用したcomputed tomography angiography (CTA) は疾患の同定や治
療戦略において重要な役割を持っている。最近脚光を浴びている低管電圧撮影は、循環器領域において被ばく
線量低減と造影剤量低減の可能性が示唆される。今回我々は、低管電圧撮影が循環器領域において有効かどう
か検討したので報告する。
Computed tomography angiography (CTA) with contrast medium in cardiovascular domain has an
important role for detecting a disease identification and treatment strategy. Recently, it has been
suggested that lower tube voltage might reduce radiation dose and decreasing the amount of contrast
medium in the cardiovascular domain. In this time, we investigated whether lower tube voltage may be
effective in the cardiovascular domain.
