精密検査を目的とした大腸CT検査の撮影法について

大腸CT検査を精密検査として施行する場合、対象となる被検者には多くの健常者が含まれており、利益だけではなく不利益に関しても十分考慮して検査を行う必要がある。本稿では欧米のガイドラインやコンセンサスステートメントを基に精密検査として施行する大腸CTの撮影法について解説する。
If we try to perform CT colonography for diagnosis, it must be necessary to consider its benefits and disadvantages. It’s because a lot of healthy individuals are included in the target group. We introduce examination technique of CT colonography for diagnosis based on guidelines and consensus statements.
