大腸CTを確実に行うための読影方法

大腸CTにおいて、精度の高い読影を確実に行うための読影方法は、2体位の3D画像を直腸から盲腸、盲腸から
直腸に読影、2体位の2D画像を主にAxialにて読影し、最後に両体位の比較読影を行って完了する。2Dと3D画像
両方を読影する事、3D画像は精度検証済みである仮想内視鏡像を用いる事、3D画像での盲腸での反転および
2D画像でのlumen trackingが重要である。
The best interpretation with high accuracy in CT colonography is achieved by 3D imaging of the 2
positions in both antegrade (rectum to cecum) and retrograde (cecum to rectum) views, and 2D imaging
of the 2 positions, followed by a comparison of the 2 positions. The important thing is to read both 3D
and 2D images, and both antegrade and retrograde images (for 3D), and to use the fly-through view for
3D images and lumen tracking for 2D images.
